Unique. Exclusive. Breathtaking.

Amid the east hills of Hood River Valley are 85 acres of stunning landscapes and endless vistas—a private community development where homeowners enjoy an abundance of natural beauty, a bounty of recreational opportunities, and a unique and exclusive lifestyle.

Welcome to Pine Crest.

This part of the Columbia River Gorge is known for wide-open spaces and unparalleled mountain views. Pine Crest is perfectly located for homeowners to simply step outside and take in the serenity and majesty the Northwest has to offer. It's an experience that you'll share with local wildlife, too: elk, deer, hawks...

While this luxury, mountainside community delivers privacy and peace, Pine Crest is, remarkably, only a handful of minutes from downtown Hood River—and less than an hour from Portland.

A Quick History

Pine Crest has been the vision of third-generation pear orchardist Bob Thomsen and his wife Bette (they met while attending Oregon State University). After college Bob and Bette moved back home to help Bob's parents, Vic and Daisy, with the orchards. In the early 1960s, Bob and Bette purchased this land with an eye towards re-zoning, and eventually, developing it into premier, panoramic home sites—sites like no other in the Hood River Valley.

Like no other sites anywhere, really.

BBK Holdings, LLC is a family-formed corporation that includes Bob, Bette, and their children—Lynn, Chuck, Christy, and Lisa.
